Beards and Winter

This weekend the clocks go backwards an hour – So that means we should expect it to get darker earlier and colder by the weeks. Having a beard puts you at an advantage over someone that doesn’t this time of year, because of course that face fuzz will inevitably be keeping your face nice and warm. But, you must take extra care of your strands as the cold weather creeps in, as this can be very harsh on your hair and skin, drying it out. Here’s some tips to get you through the winter months.

Avoid hot showers



You get in from work on a cold evening and the first thing you want to do is take a nice hot shower to warm you up. Don’t do that!
